Refund Policy
Understand the payment terms, listing periods, publication process, cancellations, and refund conditions for paid lawyer and law firm directory listings on LexoraPath.com.
About this Refund Policy
LexoraPath.com offers paid listing opportunities for lawyers, attorneys, and law firms that wish to display their professional profiles and contact information in our online directory. This Refund Policy explains the payment terms, listing periods, publication process, cancellations, and refund conditions for these services.
By purchasing a paid listing plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy, together with our Terms and Conditions.
Paid Lawyer and Attorney Listing Services
LexoraPath.com may offer paid directory listing services to eligible lawyers, attorneys, and law firms. Depending on the selected plan, a listing may include a professional profile, practice areas, city or service location, professional contact details, and other information agreed upon before payment.
A paid listing is a directory advertising or promotional service. Payment does not guarantee client enquiries, leads, calls, website visits, search engine rankings, or new business.
Payment also does not automatically mean that a lawyer or law firm has been independently verified, endorsed, or approved by LexoraPath.com.
Available Listing Plans
LexoraPath.com may offer the following listing durations:
- 30-Day Plan
- 3-Month Plan
- 6-Month Plan
- 1-Year Plan
The applicable price, currency, listing duration, included features, and other plan details will be communicated to the prospective registrant by email before payment.
The customer must review the plan details and confirm the selected plan before completing payment.
The listing period will begin according to the start date or activation terms communicated and agreed upon before payment.
Payment Terms
Payment must be completed using a payment method authorized by LexoraPath.com.
The applicable fee will be communicated by email before the customer makes payment. Customers should review the payment amount, currency, selected duration, and listing terms carefully before paying.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that the payment is authorized.
A registration enquiry, submission of profile details, or receipt of a plan quotation does not by itself activate a paid listing. Activation is subject to payment confirmation, receipt of the required information, and completion of the applicable review and publication process.
Profile Publication and City-Based Listing
After payment has been confirmed and the required profile information has been received, LexoraPath.com will process the listing for publication in accordance with the purchased plan and our review procedures.
Where appropriate, the lawyer’s or law firm’s profile may be displayed on the relevant city page associated with the location supplied and accepted during registration.
A published profile may include the professional’s name, practice areas, city or service location, contact details, professional biography, website link, and other agreed listing information.
Publication is subject to the accuracy and completeness of the submitted information, applicable law, our listing requirements, and any necessary review.
Customers must provide accurate and lawful information and must have permission to submit any information, photographs, logos, or other materials included in their profile.
Payment does not guarantee a particular search engine ranking, position on a page, amount of traffic, number of enquiries, or specific business outcome.
No-Refund Policy
Except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly provided for in this policy, payments for paid lawyer and attorney listing plans are non-refundable once payment has been completed and the order has been accepted for processing.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the selected plan, duration, price, currency, profile information, and applicable terms before completing payment.
A customer will generally not be entitled to a refund solely because they:
- Change their mind after purchasing a plan.
- No longer wish to display their profile.
- Choose not to use the listing service during the purchased period.
- Receive fewer enquiries, calls, leads, or clients than expected.
- Do not achieve a particular search engine ranking or business result.
- Submit incorrect information or fail to provide required profile details.
- Request removal of a listing after the service has begun.
Exceptions and Billing Errors
We will review payment concerns in good faith. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, a refund or payment correction may be appropriate in cases such as:
- A confirmed duplicate payment for the same order.
- An erroneous charge made by LexoraPath.com.
- A payment received where the purchased listing service cannot be provided and no reasonable alternative is agreed upon.
- Another circumstance in which a refund is required by applicable law.
If you believe that you have been charged incorrectly, contact us with your payment reference, transaction date, and a description of the issue.
Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
Listing Review and Publication Delays
Publication may require additional time if profile details are incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or require clarification.
If information is missing, we may contact the customer by email to request the necessary details.
Customers should provide requested information promptly. We do not guarantee publication by a particular date unless a specific publication deadline has been expressly agreed in writing.
If LexoraPath.com is unable to provide the purchased listing service, we will review the circumstances and communicate an appropriate resolution, subject to the plan terms and applicable law.
Profile Changes and Removal
Customers should contact us to request corrections to published profile information, subject to reasonable verification and our listing procedures.
A request to edit or remove a profile does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the unused portion of a purchased plan.
LexoraPath.com may suspend, reject, or remove a listing where reasonably necessary because of inaccurate information, suspected fraud, unauthorized content, legal requirements, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.
Where appropriate, we may contact the customer to request clarification or corrections before taking action. Any refund consequences will be assessed in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Plan Expiration and Renewal
Each plan is valid for the duration communicated and agreed upon before payment.
Unless a renewal arrangement is clearly disclosed and separately agreed upon, a listing plan will expire at the end of its stated term and will not automatically renew.
To continue a listing after expiration, the customer may need to select and pay for a new plan at the then-applicable price.
If a renewal option is offered, its price, duration, payment terms, and any cancellation requirements will be disclosed before the customer agrees to it.
